NSX Activities

A total of N$ 29 496 206 worth of shares was traded on the NSX on Thursday with about N$ 5 265 996 worth of Truworths, N$ 1 794 787 worth of Momentum Metropolitan  and N$ 6 921 663 worth of FirstRand Namibia on the home front. No ETFs were recorded on Thursday.

HEI Equity Research Commentary

From the trading activity that took place:

  • Upward trend in the demand of Truworth’s shares continue as market conditions becomes more favorable.  
  • After good market performance, large volumes of Momentum Metropolitan’s shares were dumped, dragging its share price to the ground.
  • On the NSX primary listing, FirstRand Namibia’s shares were traded in large volumes on two conservative times aimed the good financial results.
