NSX Sponsor – High Economic Intelligence (HEI)
As an approved Sponsor to the Namibia Securities Exchange (NSX), High Economic Intelligence (HEI) provides Sponsor services to both listed companies and entities seeking admission to listing on the NSX.
The appointment of a Sponsor is a mandatory requirement under the NSX Listings Requirements and signifies the commencement of an ongoing relationship between the issuer and its Sponsor. HEI approaches this role as a long-term partnership, focused on regulatory compliance, market integrity, and value creation for listed issuers.

Corporate Activity
HEI manages and coordinates all listing-related and corporate actions to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant execution.
- Preparation and review of NSX-related documentation, including announcements, circulars, pre-listing statements, and listing particulars
- Managing submissions to the NSX and acting as the primary liaison with the Exchange
- Coordinating with professional advisors, including legal counsel, auditors, reporting accountants, and transfer secretaries
- Oversight of corporate actions such as listings, acquisitions, disposals, capital raisings, and restructurings
- Ensuring that transaction timetables and regulatory milestones are met
Regulatory Compliance
HEI ensures that issuers remain compliant with the NSX Listings Requirements on a continuous basis.
- Advising on the application, interpretation, and practical implementation of the Listings Requirements
- Reviewing all price-sensitive and non-price-sensitive announcements prior to submission
- Ensuring disclosures meet regulatory standards in both form and substance
- Monitoring ongoing obligations, including directors’ dealings, closed periods, shareholder spread, and reporting deadlines
- Keeping issuers informed of amendments to the Listings Requirements and other applicable regulations
