NSX Activities

A total of N$ 25,056,338 worth of shares was traded on the NSX on Wednesday with about N$ 2,601,150  worth of Anglo-American, N$   854,565 worth of Sanlam Limited and N$   127,000 Oryx Properties Limited  on the home front. No ETFs were traded on Wednesday.

From the trading activity that took place:

  • Anglo-American share price decreased at closing as the company followed the overall bearish market condition on the JSE and NSX.
  • Shares belonging to Sanlam Limited were allotted by market participants yesterday, resulting in an increase in share price
  • On the NSX local listing, Oryx Properties Limited shares were allotted by market participants, without a change in share price
