NSX Activities

A total of N$ 65 155 388 worth of shares was traded on the NSX on Thursday, with about N$ 19 875 300 worth of Momentum Metropolitan Holdings, N$ 11 352 596 worth of Truworths and N$ 8 708 914 worth of Firstrand Limited and N$ 20 519 worth of Oryx Properties traded on the home front. ETFs worth N$ 533 926 were traded on Thursday.

From the trading activity that took place:

  • Momentum Metropolitan shares were viciously sold off by market participants.
  •  Truworth’s shares were sold by market participants, resulting into a drastic decline in their share price.
  • Firstrand Limited shares were astonishingly acquired by interested investors who want to reap good yields in future.
  • On the NSX home front, Oryx Properties shares were traded, resulting to an increase in share prices.
  • New Gold Platinum ETF was bought for the first time in 3 months.
