NSX Activities

A total of N$ 3,006,095.69 worth of shares was traded on the NSX on Tuesday with about N$ 1,123,134 worth of shares belonging to Oceana Group Limited and N$     49,999 worth of SBN Holdings Ltd on the home front. ETFs worth N$ 602,248.05 were traded on Tuesday

HEI Market Commentary

From the trading activity that took place:

  • Oceana Group’s shares were sold off by  market participants on the overall bourse, resulting in  a 0.4% decline in share price at closing
  • The shares owned by SBN Holdings Ltd continued to be traded on the domestic stock exchange, causing the share price to rise by 5.6% at the end of the trading day, following the announcement of a dividend of 46 cents per share.
  • New Gold Issuer Ltd NM were sold off on the exchange
