NSX Activities

A total of N$ 24,731,560 worth of shares was traded on the NSX on Monday, with about N$ 1,842,629  worth of Anglo-American, N$   376,360 worth of Shoprite Holdings, and  N$ 5,015,449 of Capricorn Group on the home front. No ETFs were traded on Friday.

From the trading activity that took place:

  • Anglo-American decreased in share price at closing as company buyback program is halted
  • Shares belonging to Shoprite Holdings were sold off by market participants
  • On the NSX local listing, Capricorn Group shares were bought in large volume resulting an increase in share price at closing
