A total of N$ 201 091 144 worth of shares was traded on the NSX on Tuesday, with about N$ 10 114 185 worth of Sanlam Limited, N$ 15 633 468 worth of Investec Limited and N$ 34 000 worth of Letshego Holdings Namibia on home front. ETFs worth N$ 69 322 were traded on Tuesday.

From the trading activity that took place:

  • A big dive in Sanlam Limited market performance caused a dump in its shares.
  • Despite the steady rise in Investec’s performance, shares were sold due to a possible income investing strategies.
  • Letshego shares were bought at market price.
  • Both EFTs were sold severely as poor performance continues to haunt all listed ETFs.
