A total of N$ 39,373,317.97 worth of shares was traded on the NSX on Tuesday with about N$ 2,792,542 worth of shares belonging to Anglo-American plc and N$660,302 worth of shares belonging to Namibia Breweries. ETFs worth N$ 129,210.44 were traded on Tuesday

From the trading activity that took place:

  • Market participants sold shares belonging to Anglo-American resulting in a decrease in the company’s stock value by 1.1% at closing.
  • Namibia Breweries shares were traded by market participants, resulting in a slight decline  in share price by 0.03% at closing
  • New Gold Platinum ETF N and New Gold Issuer Ltd NM positions were traded on the market with inverse changes in price
