NSX Activities

A total of N$ 14 223 351 worth of shares was traded on the NSX on Wednesday, with about N$ 7 599 776  worth of Anglo-American, N$  1 026 557 worth of Oceana Group and N$  804 205  worth of Shoprite and N$ 69 788 worth of Capricorn Group  traded  on the home front. No ETFs were traded on Wednesday.

From the trading activity that took place:

  • Anglo-American keeps buying back its shares to increase their value, hence resulting in stock price increases.
  •  Oceana Group’s shares were traded, resulting into a dramatic drop in their share price.
  • Shoprite’s shares still continue to increase, developing an upward  trend developing in their market performance
  • On the NSX home front, Capricorn Group’s shares were sold, resulting the share price to drop by -0.35%
