NSX Activities

A total of N$ 18,003,086 worth of shares was traded on the NSX on Thursday with about N$  6,346,395  worth of Anglo-American plc and N$   1,335,150 worth of Paratus Namibia Holdings Ltd on the home front. No ETFs were traded on Thursday.

From the trading activity that took place:

  • Shares in Anglo-American plc continue to dominate in share price as market meltdown amid load shedding situations proceed in South Africa.
  • On the local NSX listing, shares belonging to Paratus Namibia Holdings Ltd were traded resulting in an increase in share price as investor confidence in the company’s performance reemerge.
