Local News

A total of 1,018 new vehicles were sold in September, which is 34 fewer than were sold in August, but represents a 32.7% year-on-year increase from 767 new vehicles sold in September 2021. (Sun Newspaper)

Asian stocks fell on Monday as better-than-expected U.S. jobs data released on Friday cemented bets of more large Federal Reserve rate hikes. Lingering worries surrounding the Russia-Ukraine war and the U.S.-China chip war also dented sentiment (RTT News)

Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi accused United States President Joe Biden of “inciting chaos” after he expressed support for demonstrations against the death of Mahsa Amini, a woman who died in Iranian government custody nearly a month ago. (Aljazeera News)
