NSX Activities

A total of N$  3,697,936 worth of shares was traded on the NSX on Friday, with about N$   1,278,217  worth of Santam Limited, N$    273,914 worth of Mediclinic International Plc and N$   89,700  of Capricorn Group on the home front. ETFs worth N$ 1,376,172 were traded on Friday.

From the trading activity that took place:

  • Santam Limited share price increased in price as market participants targets insurance companies.
  • Shares belonging to Mediclinic International Plc increased in price despite bearish conditions
  • On the NSX local listing, Capricorn Group  shares were dumped resulting in decline in share price at market closing.
